How It Works
Cookie-cutter websites will not impress your customers. They don't drive sales, they drive away sales. Over the last 14 years, we have built, managed, and maintained over 800 websites. As a result of that experience, we have developed a step by step process for the creation of a successful website for your business.
Step 1: Initial Discovery & Marketing Consulting
During our initial discovery process your brand is explored in an open forum with your experts and ours. Some of the issues we will explore are:
- Purpose of the website
- Specific goals for the website
- History of the business
This process, though basic, uncovers valuable information.
After our Discovery meeting we will research your market, your competitors, and your online and offline collateral. The understanding we gain from the discovery process will help us develop an informed Internet strategy for your business.
Step 2: Graphic Design and Content
It is after the discovery meeting that work on our initial concept for the website homepage begins. Once a concept has been approved, it goes to our design team. The team then knows exactly what they're striving for and can focus their creative talents on the best way to visually accomplish the chosen objective.
Our creative staff will collaborate to create a concept that is OUTSTANDING!
Revisions and approvals of the design concept can then be made. A conference call or face to face meeting will be held to discuss revisions in detail, and even explain why certain designs or graphic techniques were used and explain how they may affect customers' behavior. Once everyone is on the same page, we make final revisions and only move forward to the next step when we have your approval.
Step 3: Development
The development process refers to the actual build out of the design and content that was approved in Step 2.
Our Web development process follows a chain of tried-and-true steps that assure quality results. Most websites that we design are built within our custom content management system, which allows authorized users to easily make edits and updates. Everything we do is fully tested in the latest browsers.
Step 4: Internet Marketing
During development, we will be making sure that every aspect of your new website is search engine friendly. Marketing the website via search engines and social media like Youtube, Facebook, and Twitter requires an investment in time and know-how. We understand how to make these tools work for your business and drive traffic to your website. Even if your website wasn't built by us, we can help you make it more successful with free information we share on our Internet Marketing Education page as well as our Internet Marketing Packages.
Step 5: Support / Measure / Course Correct
We are looking for businesses who want to build a long term relationship with their website developer. One very important aspect of that relationship is support. No matter what your question, our support team is ready to cheerfully help you find the answer.
A successful Internet website is never complete. Changes in the market and changes in your business need to be reflected on your website or you risk looking out of touch. Our website statistics package can help spot trends (good and bad) with your Internet strategy. Our Ebusiness Advisors will reach out to help you interpret the statistics as well as suggest course corrections in your strategy. We want to be your Internet business partner!
What It All Means
From the initial discovery meeting to the first design that you see to the final development of the finished product, we make it our mission to approach your project as your partner. We will develop a website that not only looks impressive, but is backed by your industry-specific knowledge and our marketing know-how.
Don't think of us as a vendor; think of us as a part of your team, a member of your organization, a partner for success that cares about your bottom line as much as you do.

We are Successful When You are Successful
We are looking to create win-win scenarios where your investment in a website and marketing plan are more than returned to you in new business.
